Quality Engineering Supervisor

A globally prominent, multi-billion-dollar industrial manufacturing organization (Aerospace industry) seeks to hire a Quality Assurance Supervisor due to a retirement. Reporting to the Director of Quality, this individual will direct specification and certification activities for the organization flagship production campus in the KY/OH/WV tri-state area (relocation provided). This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity. Primary Responsibilities: Lead application of specifications and activity for new programs. Provide technical analysis of requirements in support of sales, production, and R&D. Review and authorize recertifications. Develop and implement new procedures, policies, and resources within departments. Train and develop departmental personnel. Required Qualifications: College Degree preferred (not required). 5+ years of specifications and certification experience within industrial manufacturing environment(s). Significant exposure to quality assurance and/or metrology principles. High attention to detail.
