Location: Orange, CA | Compensation: $30-$35 an hour| Schedule: 2-3 days a week| (Part-Time) We are seeking a Senior Quality Inspector for an ongoing, flexible role that offers part-time, as needed, or full-time hours. You'll be conducting inspections in the Orange Area, with an estimated 2-3 days of work per week, depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of precision machined parts and assemblies at client supplier locations.
Verify paperwork to ensure all components meet required standards.
Collaborate with a global team to maintain consistent quality across aerospace suppliers.
Deploy to supplier locations based on client needs and production schedules.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection.
Proficient in using various inspection tools and methods.
Experience inspecting precision machined parts.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T) and utilize precision measuring tools.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed.
Strong communication skills to effectively report on inspection and scheduling status.
Must meet ITAR requirements due to the nature of the work.
