As a Lead Indoor Air Quality Inspector, you'll conduct detailed inspections of built structures, meticulously analyze indoor air quality degradation, and provide expert recommendations for improvement. Your role will involve drafting comprehensive reports with precise estimates, ensuring that our teams clearly understand the issues at hand. Additionally, you will be tasked with communicating your findings to internal clients and correction teams, playing a pivotal role in creating healthier and safer indoor environments. This onsite, hourly opportunity will require a daily presence Monday through Friday at our Royse City, Texas facility.
Key Responsibilities: To audit, inspect, and review all levels of material used, modified, produced, and shipped to customers for adherence to all applicable quality specifications, standards, and criteria as specified and provided.Spot check and verify all applicable criteria of quantity, quality, and conformance to specifications are achieved and/or adhered to when incoming material is received in any manner and from any source.Monitor and measure products to ensure compliance with requirements.Perform inspection of formed and flat parts; reject or hold products due to non-conformance in liaison with Production Leaders and other Management personnel.Interpreting customer drawings and specifications.Required Experience: Minimum of two years of quality control experience working with press brakes, lasers, and punch presses.Two years experience in Quality Control and/or assurance.Basic math, calculator, and computer skills.Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent.Basic knowledge of ISO9001:2015.The position would be walking and lifting = 25lbs.Must be detail-oriented, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and work effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization.Ability to interface with engineering and management to ensure product quality is maintained.Applicant must be self-driven with a knack for working well in a high-paced manufacturing environment.Preferred Requirements: Knowledge of Forklift is a plus.Benefits: At RectorSeal, our employees enjoy the following benefits to support their physical, financial, and emotional wellness.
