Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1.
Mold and Stamp bells for all batches of incoming/test material.

Use the tensiometer for testing of all dumbbells.3.
Complete Rheologies on all incoming material received and for processing materials in production4.
File all supplier certification documents and material testing data5.
Testing of any parts that must run in production (i.e.
straps, Modine)6.
Produce data from Micro Vu for calibration devices7.
Complete all internal and external measurements of parts for dimensional study and or PPAP's8.
Create executable programs for the Micro- Vu to measure parts 9.
Learn to Operate Specific gravity machine10.
Create visual Sample Boards for Quality Inspectors and Press Operators11.
Measure all produce used in production parts (inserts/PVS/etc.)
received in from suppliers12.
Preventive maintenance on Rheometer (Change Seals and machine up-keep)13.
Any other duties or tasks as assigned by Plant Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor.

Conduct daily checks of sample boards on each shift.15.
Complete PPAPs documents for review and approval, log into tooling database.16.
Update the Quality Receiving Log with materials received in daily and approved by quality dept.17.
Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements1.
High School diploma or GED.2.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word.3.
Working knowledge of office setting functionality: email, printing, scanning, computers, telephone, etc.4.
Ability to operate or learn to operate and read measuring tools: calipers and scales.5.
Ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively (written and verbal) at all levels.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to bend, twist, stoop, sit, kneel, crawl, push and pull.
Able to reach in all directions.Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time to cover 8 - 10 hour shiftsOther physical requirements as needed for job.
