Job Title: Quality Lead/Supervisor | $60K/YR |
Job Description
Directly supervises hourly associates and directs resources as required.
Oversees the planning, scheduling, setup, and running of production activities.
Interviews and hires hourly workers.
Oversees the work of production associates and coordinates with leaders of production support staff; communicates expectations and provides direction and training.
Monitors work performance and provides feedback.
Oversees process control and quality process control.
• Supervises production associate outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates
• Communicates job expectations; plans, monitors, and appraises job contributions; recommends compensation actions; adheres to policies and procedures.
• Records production by completing daily shift production reports
• Maintains working relationship with union
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy production process environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; alerts others regarding potential safety requirements and proper use of PPE
• All other duties as assigned

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in NA, ohio.
Work Environment
This position is held within the Ford Ohio Assembly Plant in Avon Lake.
We work within the automotive industry to ensure standards are being maintained.
6a-3p M-F / should expect every other Saturday.
Pay: $60,000/year - will be hourly while on CTH (6 months).
Companies been around for 15 years - involved in all the big 3 and other automotive manufacturers / very big in Michigan.
Started at the plant in Avon Lake months ago.
Oversee anywhere between 1-8 people.
Currently do 1 shift, hope to grow to 2 shifts.
