ResponsibilitiesImprove quality control and reliability techniques.Collaborate with Process Engineering on changes.Support prototype builds and data collection.Foster positive employee morale.Maintain recordkeeping systems.Communicate effectively at all levels including customers.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.Previous Management experience with strong leadership skills.Preference for Automotive Manufacturing experience – mid to senior-level experience.Six Sigma certification preferred.
