Description

You will be responsible for operating on site as well as managing a team.
This role is also open to a Senior Quality Coordinator looking for a step up in their career to gain management experience or a more experienced QM looking for a new challenge.

Degree qualification in Quality Assurance/Food Safety/Food science or equivalent

In depth manufacturing knowledge and experience in a Food environment

Proven people management skills with ability to flex styles to differing individual needs

Sound knowledge of food production process and retail food standards

Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organisation
