We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and play a vital role in driving quality excellence throughout our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system. You will work closely with all departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure our products and services meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities: Become an expert in our company's manufacturing procedures and ensure they are documented accurately and effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for customer and regulatory agency audits. Maintain and update the company's quality system documentation. Develop and implement clear and concise procedures for various manufacturing operations, collaborating with operations personnel for optimal workflow. Analyze and track key quality metrics, including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and internal rework rates. Manage safety and regulatory compliance programs. Identify, develop, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues proactively. Monitor and maintain supplier quality performance metrics, including approvals, audits, and corrective actions. Prepare first article inspection reports and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation. Qualifications: Proven experience managing quality systems like ISO 9001 and AS9100 (preferred). Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred). 3-10 years of experience in a quality management or related role. Hands-on and analytical approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
