We're looking for a Quality Manager to join our team!
As a Quality Manager, you'll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, and improve important daily living skills.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of quality management for Connecticut.

What you'll do in this role: * Oversee all aspects of quality management for Connecticut.
* Auditing systems, processes, and products to ensure compliance with new and existing national and agency quality standards, regulations, and accreditation standards.
* Implementing quality management actions and contributing to the development of agency policies and procedures, strategic plan, and other improvement initiatives.
* Provides quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion.
* Responsible for the hiring, training, supervision and coaching of direct reports to maximize employee engagement and effectively achieve desired results * Provides oversight of agencies regulatory review systems including the development of plans of correction/protective service plans and the monitoring of plans to ensure effectiveness * Act as the local primary point of contact, facilitating support and providing information for ANE (Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation) investigations.
* Responsible for supporting ANE investigations by providing follow-up, documentation, and supplementary information as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with two days a week working 12pm -8pm * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in business, healthcare, or social services with minimum two years' experience or minimum six years' experience * in a quality or business aspect of healthcare role required.
* Minimum two years of supervisory experience required.
* Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma and IDD preferred.
