Peregrine Team is Urgently Hiring for Quality Review LVN near Newport Beach, CA.
This is a local position with 13-week-long contracts (able to extend).


Quality Review LVN- 40hours- 8*5

Weekly Rate: $1,400.00/week Current BLS certification - Required Current California LVN License - Required One (1) to two (2) years of clinical experience - Required Quality Review experience in a home health or other healthcare setting - Required OASIS certification (COS-C) - Preferred OASIS Home Health ICD-10 coding certification - Preferred Working knowledge of OASIS and ICD-10 coding Knowledge of federal regulations and state licensure requirements Shift- 5x8 Days (M- F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
