Analyze trends to drive continuous improvement. Community Collaboration: Partner with Adult/Child Protective Services and Law Enforcement to investigate incidents of mistreatment, ensuring the safety and well-being of those in our care. Human Rights Committee Facilitation: Assist in facilitating the Human Rights Committee, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and policies. Empowerment Through Documentation: Perform thorough reviews of internal and external documentation related to individuals' support needs and strengths. Identify inconsistencies, areas for risk mitigation, and gaps in services. Request necessary documentation and resources to support risk mitigation and resource connection. Client-Centric Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering effective communication, documenting interactions, and creating tailored service plans to meet diverse needs. Continuous Learning and Growth: Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on state and federal regulations.
