Your Role As a Quality Specialist/Analyst, you will report to the Site Manager. You will help determine the methods, operations, sequences, and setups to perform inspections. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. This role pays $28.71 per hour. Your Responsibilities Compile, analyze, sort, and verify accuracy of dataCompile statistics and prepare various reportsExamine records such as manifests, invoices, bills of lading, related documents and correspondence to resolve
process inefficienciesConfer with common carrier to expedite, and trace missing or delayed shipmentsInvestigate overdue, damaged shipments or shortagesAnalyze complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation and provide an update to customersRecord and retain meeting minutesOther duties as assigned Your Skills and Experiences High school diploma or equivalentMust be a U.S. citizen2+ years' recent experience as a Quality Specialist, Coordinator, Auditor, or Inspector in within a warehouse environmentCan perform complex functions in Excel including VLOOKUP, Formulas, and PivotTablesExperience with SAP or any WMS (Warehouse Management System) Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
