Quality Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor/Team Lead to oversee quality control processes and ensure all products meet company and customer standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and be able to accurately read and comprehend Quality Audit Sheets, match photos, and verify part numbers.
Proficiency in computer skills is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the quality team in conducting quality inspections and audits
Read, interpret, and comprehend Quality Audit Sheets to ensure all criteria are met
Verify product quality by matching part numbers and photos against specifications
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide solutions
Train and mentor quality team members on best practices and procedures
Use computer systems to track and report on quality metrics and inspection results
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for quality control
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all quality activities

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
Strong ability to read and understand Quality Audit Sheets, part numbers, and specifications
Proficient computer skills, including experience with quality management systems and Microsoft Office
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
