Position Description:
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years Previous Quality Engineer Experience
Required Technical Skills
Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability
Team player and detail oriented
Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports
Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
Work within SBT to conduct walk-backs for Quality issues within assigned Value Stream
Implement the Idea Generation Process and Corrective and Preventive action processes by clarifying and verifying all ideas with related persons and spot check, explain the validation reasons, and encourage all employees to make contributions to achieve zero defect in operations
Work with all employees to improve quality practices in their processes through quality manner such as daily coaching, tracking CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) projects & Scorecard, providing quality support if any poor results or negative trends occur, developing IQC training programs, providing training courses of quality specifications to employees, conducting internal quality audits, facilitating management reviews, etc.
