Position Summary: We
are seeking an experienced Rock Crushing Mine Operator to manage and operate
rock crushing equipment efficiently. The operator will be responsible
for monitoring performance, maintaining equipment, and ensuring
compliance with safety and quality standards. This role demands a
dedicated individual ready for occasional travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor equipment including cone crushers, jaw crushers, screen plants, conveyors, and hoppers.Conduct regular inspections and perform routine and preventative maintenance.Comply with Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations.Handle
adjustments and repairs such as conveyor belt replacement, changing
cone liners, changing out bearings, tracking belts correctly, and screen replacements.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Manage troubleshooting and technical challenges efficiently.Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines.Actively participate in fostering a quality control culture to meet and exceed the expected standards. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.Skills: Proficient in managing 480V 3-phase power systems and mechanical repairs.Certifications: MSHA certified preferred or willingness to obtain certification.Physical Requirements: Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.Commitment: Desire for a long-term career with Ruach Resources.References: Applicants must provide professional references that are not family members or personal friends.
