Radiation Oncologist Needed For Locum Tenens Coverage At Hospital In Paramus, Nj

A large hospital is seeking a radiation oncologist for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Paramus, New Jersey. This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an expected patient volume of 20-25 per day for treatment. Responsibilities include supervising SBRT treatments, some contouring and treatment planning, with GammaKnife experience being a plus. The facility is equipped with two TrueBeam systems, a Varian Edge for SBRT, and a GammaKnife machine. Board certification is required, along with a New Jersey license or IMLC. Hospital credentialing is necessary and typically takes 60-90 days.
