Full job description Estamos buscando un Representante de Ventas dinámico y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo en Luna Media USA, una emisora de radio latina líder. Como Representante de Ventas, será responsable de generar ingresos mediante la venta de espacios publicitarios y patrocinios a empresas locales y agencias. Su enfoque principal será desarrollar y mantener relaciones con clientes para comprender sus necesidades de marketing y ofrecerles soluciones publicitarias adaptadas para llegar a nuestra diversa audiencia latina.
Responsabilidades:
Identificar y prospectar nuevos clientes a través de llamadas, networking, visitas en persona y referencias. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes para asegurar negocios recurrentes. Realizar evaluaciones exhaustivas de necesidades para comprender los objetivos y desafíos publicitarios de los clientes. Crear propuestas y presentaciones publicitarias personalizadas que muestren de manera efectiva los beneficios de anunciarse en nuestra emisora de radio. Negociar tarifas publicitarias y contratos con clientes para maximizar ingresos y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas. Colaborar con equipos internos, incluyendo marketing y producción, para garantizar la ejecución exitosa de las campañas publicitarias. Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias de la industria, actividades de competidores y desarrollos del mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional y apoyo a los clientes durante todo el ciclo de vida de la campaña publicitaria. Seguir métricas de rendimiento de ventas y preparar informes regulares para la gerencia. Calificaciones:
Trayectoria probada de éxito en ventas, preferiblemente en medios de comunicación o publicidad. (2 años min) Conocimiento del mercado local y familiaridad con la cultura y comunidad latina preferido. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e interpersonales. Fuertes habilidades de presentación con capacidad para articular ideas de manera clara y persuasiva. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo en un entorno rápido. Dominio de computacion. Title: Latino Radio Station Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Luna Media USA, a leading Latino radio station. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue through selling advertising spots and sponsorships to local businesses and agencies. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs and providing them with tailored advertising solutions to reach our diverse Latino audience.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, in person visits and referrals.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges.
4. Create customized advertising proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the benefits of advertising on our radio station.
5. Negotiate advertising rates and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and production, to ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the advertising campaign lifecycle.
9. Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
2. Sales experience, preferably in media or advertising.
3. Knowledge of the local market and familiarity with Latino culture and community preferred.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
8. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
