You need to be ready to engage an active, up-to-date, Southwest Florida audience from day one, both on-air and on social. What's your social media game like?  Are you comfortable being on-air, online, on location, on point?  You must be fun, upbeat, creative, and confident and be able to craft your content in a short, quick-hitting way.
