Job Title: Registered Radiologic Technologist RT(R)

What you'll do: Prepare and perform radiologic procedures following CMD and ARRT protocols and procedures, utilizing all radiation protection and shielding equipment following ALARA principles.
Navigate PACS system: confirm studies for interpretation, send studies to outside facilities, communicate with radiologists and clarify discrepancies with teleradiology Assist with other clinic functions such as patient triage and POC testing in order to ensure superior customer satisfaction and operation Telephone communication to include but not limited to verification & clarification of outside radiology orders & requests for copies of radiographs taken at CMD.

The RT is a Radiologic Technologist responsible for the performance of radiologic procedures and studies while helping to maintain and manage all Radiographic Equipment.
The RT will work closely with all clinical team members in this unique role.
The RT will be provided with the education to complete all of the shared responsibilities and clinical tasks such as triage, testing, procedures, and other patient care within their scope of practice.
