Summary of Position:
The Department of Radiology at the Penn State University College of Medicine is seeking a full-time Faculty Physician for the Division of Nuclear Medicine.
The successful candidate will be subspecialty trained and have or be eligible for either a CAQ in nuclear medicine from the ABR or ABNM certification.
The position's responsibilities will include the interpretation of diagnostic adult and pediatric nuclear medicine examinations, as well as consultation for and supervision of therapeutic procedures.
Special consideration will be given to candidates with an academic interest in oncologic imaging, theranostics, and neuromolecular imaging in neurocognitive diseases.
The Department has a strong commitment to serve the clinical, education, and research mission of the University and a collegial and collaborative relationship with the clinical services.
The Division of Nuclear Medicine has 3 fellowship trained faculty and sponsors an ACGME fellowship in nuclear medicine and molecular imaging.
