Responds to questions with clear, accurate information; provideassistance to patients and their families.• Acts as a positive role model and team player demonstrating Hospital Missionand Core Values and adhears to policies, procedures and standards establishedby Hospital, Department and Regulatory Agencies. **Experience Required** Preferred previous patient careComputer literateStrong interpersonalcommunication skills **Education Requirements** HS diploma or equivalent **LicenseCertification Requirements** Must obtain the American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providerscertification during department orientation if not certified prior to hire. **Special Requirements** Effective verbal and listening communication skills. ServiceQuality focused to meet a wide range of needs. Able to navigate tofrom various locations throughout the facility. Problem solver that can think quickly in cases of emergencies or unusualsituations Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace Displays neat, professional appearance with a smile Physical ability to withstand frequent to prolonged walking, standing,pushing, pulling, and transferring patients.
