Responsibilities
• Optimizes patient experience and supports Radiology providers• Coordinates patient flow and scheduling of exams/procedures• Assists with patient preparation and positioning, and updates patient information• Communicates scheduling changes and delays• Ensures modality rooms are properly stocked with supplies
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED and two years related experience• Associate Degree in a healthcare or service-related field preferred• Previous medical experience in a hospital or clinic setting• Strong verbal/written communication skills and problem-solving abilities• Basic understanding of insurance terminology
