)Experience working as Project Director/Manager and/or on pursuits preferredSkills: Excellent organizational skillsExcellent writing skillsKey Accountabilities: Business Development Serves as Project Director, Lead SME and technical writer for pursuitsServes as key point of contact for leading Rail pursuitsLeads technical analyses and due diligence in areas such as operations, train and infrastructure maintenance, planning and scheduling, and runcutting and rostering, safety & security, etc.Leads research and review of documents and plans, with a focus on Operations, Maintenance, Customer Service, Mobilizations/Transitions, Planning & Scheduling, Safety & Training, and/or Security, Labor/Unions, requiredLeads the development of technical plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Participates in technical reviews and discussionsLeads technical presentations to governanceAssists with pricing activitiesManages Rail Operations and Maintenance SMECollaborates with Pricing and other support functionsSupports other activities as needed by the VP of Rail Development
