Team members are also responsible for set up and clean up, and taking good care of our trucks and machinery. Prune, plant, and maintain shrubs, groundcovers, and other landscape materials.Mow, edge, and blow segments of turf. Install and care for seasonal color annuals.Participate in OSHA/Safety programs within the resort through awareness in everyday job functions.Work Environment Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate/loud. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
Required Education and ExperienceHigh school or equivalent education required. Previous experience is helpful, but you must have an understanding of landscape basicsMechanical talents such as minor mower/equipment repair and irrigation repair are a plus.Must be able to provide resort-quality hospitality to all guests.You must be at least 18 years old, enthusiastic and dependable, and able to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters.
