The Client Success Lead will be responsible for:Foster and develop strong client relationships. Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications. Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows. Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members. Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement. Participate in presentations to prospective clients. Assist with new client implementations.
