You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors.
Real estate license is required.

Responsibilities

•Team and database lead generation
•Find acquisition properties
•Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
•Investment property lead generation
•Investment property lead follow-up
•Listing appointments
•Investment property buyer and seller sales
•Close appointments
•Sales scripts mastery
•Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
•Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
•Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
•Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
•Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition

Qualifications
