Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable properties Negotiate purchase offers for both sellers and buyers Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host two open houses each month Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines Participate in team activities according to team standards Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions Proficient in prospecting and generating leads Naturally adept at handling objections Excellent communicator with a dedication to service Collaborative team member Licensed real estate professional Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales Strong written and verbal communication abilities Eager to learn and grow Highly organized Open to learning scripts and dialogues Superior time management skills About-our-team About LuxeLife Group At LuxeLife Group, we are dedicated to delivering unparalleled service to our clients.
