We are looking for someone who is an experienced and driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. Your responsibilities will include showing new properties to clients, negotiating contracts, creating open houses, preparing purchasing agreements, and promoting properties through proper marketing strategies.
Our ideal candidate has a valid real estate license, previous real estate experience, and a passion for selling properties.
Real Estate Agent Duties & Responsibilities:
Research market value and negotiate sales on behalf of the buyer or sellerPrepare purchase agreements and other related documentsShow properties to potential buyersCreate open houses to increase market exposurePromote listings with ads and proper marketing strategiesGenerate client leads to sell and buy propertiesNegotiate between buyers and sellersReview contracts to ensure all terms are metObtain and maintain real estate licenseCreate and prepare offers to sellers and buyersCreate listings for real estate properties that provide all necessary information (location, square footage, and features)Develop and maintain client relationships and advise them on prices, mortgages, and market conditions.Real Estate Agent Requirements:
High school diploma or GEDMicrosoft Office proficiency and basic computer skills are preferableIn-depth knowledge of real estate laws and sales processValid real estate licensePrevious experience with salesGreat negotiating skillsValid driver's licenseStrong communication skills
