About the Role
Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with a background in Finance Law for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a new Real Estate function within a prestigious Am Law Top 50 firm.
This is a rare chance for an associate with an entrepreneurial mindset to be an integral part of what will become a leading force in the New York Real Estate market. You'll collaborate closely with a Partner and Counsel who will offer strong mentorship and guidance to help you achieve your full professional potential.
This role provides excellent exposure to senior partners, client-facing responsibilities from day one, and the opportunity to be seen as an equal within a senior team. There is immediate work to be done, with the added benefit of engaging in business development efforts to build the team's reputation and increase visibility in the market.
Qualifications: JD year between 2022 and 2023Real Estate Finance experience (other areas of real estate law will also be considered)Proven experience in a reputable Real Estate Law firmAbility to practice law in New YorkA driven, business-minded individual with a desire to help grow the practice.
