Real Estate Attorney

Responsibilities MUST have commercial real estate and leasing experience expert in commercial real estate transactions, preparation and negotiation of purchase/sale agreements and commercial leases.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, commercial loan and financing documents, entity formation, etc.
Excellent research, organizational, communication, presentation, and legal writing skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifiations
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in a U.S. state or territory 4-6 years of real estate experience
