Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 / year DOE
Real Estate Bookkeeper/Office Manager Requirements 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estate Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and Outlook Ability to work onsite 5 days a week Experience with accounts payable, receivable, and vendor invoice coding Strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively Tech-savvy, with potential to contribute to system improvements and office automation Common sense, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential No degree required Real Estate Bookkeeper/Office Manager Responsibilities Input invoices, pay bills, and ensure vendor payments are coded correctly Apply rent checks to the appropriate accounts and monitor for discrepancies Manage the office calendar for annual/quarterly payments and property-related tasks Assist with tenant management, including downloading security videos upon request Support the senior bookkeeper with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial activities Ensure the timely completion of tasks related to insurance, tax liabilities, and tenant bill backs Monitor utility bills and ensure proper billing when tenants vacate properties Contribute to digitizing and improving existing systems Real Estate Bookkeeper/Office Manager Benefits Holiday bonus based on performance and tenure Medical benefits (HMO), with an option for a stipend if personal coverage is already in place 401(k) with company match, eligible after 90 days 2 weeks of PTO, available after 6 months of employment Flexible work hours, no overtime required (40-hour workweek) Casual, close-knit team environment; empowered to make improvements Family-oriented culture, flexible with personal needs and events
