You'll act as the buyer's main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline.Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options.Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers.Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service.Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home.Qualifications High level of adaptability to real estate technology and social media; we are 100% digital.A strong desire to take your career to the next level and a strong desire to make $100,000+.Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales.Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply.Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car.1+ year of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience.Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends.Compensation $175,000 yearly
