As a Real Estate Agent with Rise Group, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire home buying and selling process. Your expertise in the local market, coupled with our extensive resources and support, will ensure your success in achieving both professional and financial goals.
Responsibilities:

Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction.
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.
Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market.
Qualifications:

At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience.
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car.
California Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses).
Proven track record of sales or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building client relationships.
Knowledge of the East Bay real estate market is a plus.
Compensation:

$80,000 - $125,000 yearly
