If you're looking for a position with excellent earning and growth opportunities, apply now!Responsibilities:• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close• Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a homeQualifications:• A valid real estate license is required• Willingness to make calls to potential buyers and sellers each week. The expectation is a minimum of 10 two-way conversations per day!• Enthusiastic and personable with a can-do attitude• Hungry to learn and coachable• The competitive nature is very helpful• Must live and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area!
