Real Estate Field Coordinator

Our Cypress real-estate team is seeking an Entry-Level Field Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team!
This position calls for someone flexible, self-motivated, and team-oriented!
This role will be completing tasks on behalf of our team in a timely manner while representing our firm professionally.


Responsibilities

•Install and Pick up lockboxes
•Install and Pick up signs for marketing purposes on upcoming listings
•Take photos and Matterports of homes if needed
•Contribute to our growth goals, company objectives, and internal operations
•Taking videos/photos of homes prior to closing
•Keeping track of inventory
•Maintain communication with office team members
•Maintaining company vehicle
•Quality assurance checks on vacant homes
•Misc.
deliveries and pickups coordinated by office team members

Qualifications

•Have a valid Texas driver's license
•Complete a criminal background check
•Must be detail-oriented task-oriented
•Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines and prioritize work tasks
•Friendly and professional demeanor with homeowners/clients
•Occasional work outside of standard office hours (minimal)
•Must be willing to work on Saturday's
•Must be willing to be on the road throughout the day
•Have a clean driving record
