Success Real Estate School is in need of an additional Real Estate Instructor (evenings) in Memphis, TN. Qualifications Must meet the requirements set forth by Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) for instructors including requirements by subject matter to conduct all TN Real Estate Education courses. Possession of a valid teaching credential or certificate from Tennessee authorizing the holder to teach in a field relating to that in which instruction is proposed. A broker's license in any state plus five (5) years full-time experience in the profession, trade or technical occupation in the applicable field of instruction plus recognized teaching experience in that field. A professionally recognized real estate designation in the specialty taught. Company DescriptionSuccess Real Estate School opened in Memphis, TN in 1992.
