The successful candidate will contribute to a positive work environment, and have a strategic role within the team.Responsibilities:Daily/Weekly:Perform investment vehicle level cash analysisApprove payables/expenditure workflows (NEXUS-AP system, Paymode-X/Kyriba-payment processing & MRI-GL system)Respond to internal and external inquiries promptlyMonthly:Consolidate and reconcile investment accounts for various Funds, Separate Accounts, Joint Ventures, and Co-InvestmentsSupervise the preparation of monthly reports for various investment vehiclesProvide oversight and support for the teamRequirementsQuarterly:Lead the quarter-end close processPrepare and finalize quarterly investor reporting packagesMaintain REITs where applicableAnnually:Prepare financial packages for auditorsPrepare financial packages for tax accountantsIn addition:Collaborate with various teams on ad hoc projectsAssist in accounting analysis on acquisitions and dispositionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting and a minimum of 5 years of accounting work experienceProficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is requiredStrong interpersonal skillsExperience with MRI and Juniper Square (preferred)Exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and have strong follow-throughFor details on salary, benefits and more details, please reach out to Michael Lauer via LinkedInJob typePerm
