Our client, a highly regarded Chicago law firm with a Chambers-recognized real estate practice, is actively seeking a stellar real estate attorney with a book of portable business to join the practice as a partner. This practice group handles all types of real estate matters across the country, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture transactions, development, commercial leasing, real estate tax structuring, and debt and equity financing. Target candidates will be well-credentialed and will have strong law firm real estate experience.
