Area Description The GFiber Inventory Acquisition team is responsible for business-to-business partnerships with the Real Estate industry that secure the rights for GFiber to install our infrastructure and access potential customers (including multifamily/apartment/condo, multi-tenant/commercial/office, and single family/HOA/private road entities).
Role Description As a Real Estate Partnerships Lead at GFiber, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network reach and market penetration by developing and managing strategic partnerships. Your success will be defined by your ability to help increase the number of households that have the ability to order GFiber services through outside field sales activities and the mentorship you provide your team.
In this role, you'll: Own relationships with GFiber partners and their C-level executives that manage portfolios of properties.Leverage knowledge of sales and relationship development to complete account responsibilities and manage complex challenges with partners.Utilize CRM data to develop business strategies and make recommendations (e.g., allocate resources more effectively).Achieve business goals and provide updates/forecasts to sales leadership and regional general managers.Share knowledge of GFiber's network and technical deployment with partners. Mentor teams.At a minimum we'd like you to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in sales.Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.Valid Driver's License.Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.It's preferred if you have: Experience in the telecommunications or Internet Service Provider (ISP) industries.Experience facilitating agreements.Experience mentoring teammates and/or managing a team.Experience with financial models, and the ability to analyze/evaluate opportunities from those models.Direct experience or knowledge of the multi-family real estate industry.Experience using written and verbal communication to persuade and explain concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000 + sales bonus + benefits.
