Showami is a service that pays licensed real estate agents to assisting with Property Data Collection, buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Norwalk and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.
Requirements for Property Data Collection:
You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed ) Must have: Iphone ( Pro and Pro Max models of the iPhone 12-15 ) and a tripod Background Check ( annual ) Training ( 4 Hour Course ) Successfully complete a "Sample" report Agents will be paid an average of $80 or more for property data collection. You would visit properties taking exterior 360 photo spins and go room to room taking 360 degree photos with your phone and tripod. You would be using the app to answer questions about property condition and other basic information that an appraiser would later use to determine value. On average this process will take an hour and 15 minutes.
For regular property showings, agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Property Data Collectors, Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Connecticut.
To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox.
