Responsibilities

•Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent
•Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
•Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
•Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met
•Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc.
to ensure they buy their next home with us

Qualifications

•A valid real estate license is required to be considered for this position
•Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
•At least one year of real estate sales experience
•Must possess a real estate license
•Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
