Responsibilities
•Engage actively with our investment community on a daily basis to gain insights into their needs and provide exceptional service.
•Assist investors in exploring opportunities associated with House Hacking.
•Facilitate the connection of our investors with properties that are currently under agreement.
•Identify viable investment prospects suitable for short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals.
•Support in the marketing and sale of properties on behalf of landlords.
•Oversee the sale of assets for banks, courts, and financial institutions.
•Connect investors with essential resources and funding opportunities.
Qualifications
•To be considered for this position, applicants need a minimum of 1-year experience in sales or real estate.
