Position Brief – Real Estate Sales Professional We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Professional with an active real estate license who is looking to advance their career within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. What You'll Do Execute a wide range of assignments as directed by senior leadership, addressing the company's diverse real estate needs.Flexibly adapt to evolving priorities, contributing to the condominium sales and closing process, property management and leasing, brokerage activities, commercial initiatives, and development projects as required.Support decision making through data collection, analysis, and reporting. Support commercial real estate efforts, including potential lease transactions and portfolio management.Engage in basic real estate analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.Provide broad support to development projects, offering flexibility and adaptability in a vertically integrated environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and high-quality client experience across all business lines.Maintain professional standards, collaboration, and exceptional service-levels across all assigned responsibilities.Create and update various Excel based templates for use to support the above responsibilities. What You'll Need Active real estate license in Arizona for at least three years required.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in residential sales, brokerage, leasing, or commercial real estate roles preferred.Familiarity with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, including sales processes, contract negotiations, and due diligence.Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn industry-specific platforms.
