Responsibilities

•Stay up to date with the real estate market
•Write and submit offers on behalf of clients and effectively negotiate offers
•Manage all leads in our contact database, set & complete tasks in the system, and track/note client communications
•Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
•Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
•"Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
•Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
•Prospect for new leads to promote new business

Qualifications

•Willing to be in the office Monday - Friday unless showing a home to a client
•Attend mandatory weekly Zoom meetings
•Attend mandatory monthly in-person meeting
•Attend all office training events
•A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
•A successful and proven sales history is preferred
•Great communication and social skills
•Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
•Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
•Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
