Ensure safe and efficient workflow by supervising shop staff and overseeing production in accordance with company policy, customer demands, and local, state and federal regulations.BASIC FUNCTIONSMust adhere to Nucor Rebar Fabrication's safety programs and standards.Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor Rebar Fabrication's vision and values.Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, safety and housekeeping of the area, and meeting production quality and quantity standards in the designated functional area.Supervise all personnel and operations on designated shift(s) and/or areas.Oversee daily work assignments, and work schedules so that the most efficient use is made of all resources and equipment.
