Your role in our mission Contacting pharmacy and medical providers to verify products dispensed Contacting drug manufacturers for detailed information regarding disputed items and providing claim level within one week of request Researching disputed pharmaceutical products to accurately prepare drug rebate resolution proposals Negotiating with drug manufacturers to fairly and accurately resolve disputes Completing required productivity tracking reports What we're looking for Experience with Medicaid Drug Rebates, Medical/Pharmacy claims processing, Pharmacy and/or medical billing is highly preferred PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, Remote Desktop Connection experience. PDF Editing Software experience (Adobe, Nitro Pro, PDF Escape) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, TEAMS, Outlook) Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail What you should expect in this role Video cameras must be used during all interviews. Remote (work from home) In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance. The pay range for this position is $31,400.00 - $44,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
