In this position...
The Recall Program Manager reports to the North American Recall Manager. The Recall Program Manager is responsible for managing the development, approval, and launch of all Field Service Actions (FSA).
What you'll do...
•Manage the planning, development, and launch of FSAs.
•Oversee the development, validation, approval and publication of dealer bulletins and owner communications in support of FSAs.
•Work with representatives from engineering to define concerns and ensure corrective actions are robust.
•Assist in providing Vehicle Extract Request Notifications (VERN) to the FSA Coordinator.
•Champion the development of FSA Fact Sheets for assigned programs in support of Field Review Committee meetings.
•Ensure FSA service trials are conducted to validate that technical instructions are feasible and accurate.
•Coordinate FSA launch planning with PS&L and DSP to ensure required parts and software are available to deliver FSAs.
•Lead efforts to minimize corporate warranty spend by optimizing repair procedures, part requirements and supplier costs (mailing, call center, technical instructions and refunds).
•Utilize empowerment, coaching/counseling, team building and process improvement to create a work atmosphere that develops employees to their fullest potential and recognizes their achievements
•Ensure all affected markets are considered in FSA planning, development, and launch processes.
•Coordinate the development of the Field Review Committee monthly document package.
•Approve or reject and prioritize special report requests for FSA data (VIN counts, un-sold vehicles, completion rates)

•Bachelor's Degree
•5+ Years Automotive Experience
•Previous Cross-Functional work experience
•Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Previous Team Management experience preferred
