About the Role
The Receiving Clerk forms part of the Purchasing Department whose function is to procure various item utilized by the Hotel.
The main responsibility is to check all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct.
This is a seasonal position.
What You Will Do:
* Coordinate in-coming deliveries with purchasing team and hotel departments.
* Attend to the details for receiving; including inspections of items, receipts and entering tracking data.
* Have a commitment to safety, directing incoming trucks, standing continuously, and lifting heavy, bulky items up to 50 lbs.
What You Bring:
* Previous experience in hotels or similar environment
* Excellent communication skills for providing updates for anticipated items, especially culinary perishable items
* Solid team player
* Good time management skills
* Fluent English language skills; reading, writing and verbal
* High standards of professionalism for all interactions with vendors and colleagues

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S. Internal Four Seasons Management Employees outside of the US may qualify for an L1 Visa.
