This position is reliant upon funding and may be subject to modification or termination based on resource availability. POSITION SUMMARY: The Reception and Placement (R&P) Case Aide is a vital extension of the R&P Case Specialist through assisting World Relief clients in accessing medical appointments, required documents, and other required services by providing transportation and other face-to-face services.
This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until 4/30/2025 and contingent upon funding extension.
\n ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Transport R&P clients to and from medical appointments, social security visits, and other scheduled events as requested by the R&P case specialistsDeliver documents and checks to clientsAssist in airport pick-upsProvide support in pre-arrival tasks including but not limited to shopping for items on the Material Needs Support form, groceries, and completing Site Visit Housing ChecklistsMaintain appropriate communication with case managers and program supervisors regarding needs of tasksComplete online registrations including but not limited to school enrollments, AR-11's, and Selective ServiceProvide any additional assistance to R&P Case Specialists as required for the completion of the Core Services as requested by the case specialistsAssist in the completion of Cultural Orientation and Assessments as necessaryBe willing and able to use personal vehicle to complete tasks when company van is not availableRespond to communication from R&P program supervisors and case managers in a professional and timely mannerReport to R&P program supervisors and case managers for assigned tasks JOB REQUIREMENTS:Mature and personal Christian faithCommitted to the mission, vision, and values of World ReliefDesire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communitiesAble to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation documentStrong verbal and written communication skillsSkill and sensitivity working with people from various backgrounds and beliefsAbility to work with minimum supervision and resolve problems/issues promptly and effectivelyAbility to work well on a team in a synergistic work environment, a flexible and motivated team playerAbility to prioritize, multi-task and organize in a fast paced and fluid environmentValid Driver's License and reliable access to an insured vehicle required. (Position is based in Dallas office but travel around the DFW Metroplex is required.) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bi-Lingual desired (e.g. Dari, Pashto, Arabic, Kirundi, Swahili, Spanish)

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
