Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Medical Administrative Assistant.
This entry-level position is ideal for someone with no experience in the medical field.

Schedule: Monday - Friday full-time
Responsibilities Include: Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendarGreeting, registering and checking patients inAnswering, screening, and documenting incoming callsAssist with billing and insurance claims as neededRecalling and confirming appointmentsPerform general office duties such as filing, faxing, etc.
Collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient operations Assisting with other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degreePrior experience in a medical office setting is not requiredExcellent computer skillsInterpersonal skills- Ability to interact with patients and other healthcare professionalsAttention to detail- Ability to maintain accuracy in recording patient information
